SINCE AGE 9 YEARS AFFECTED CHILDREN CAN HAVE HEART DISEASE

Who says adult disease heart disease ..??. Team physicians in Sweden found that children can be affected by heart disease since age 9. Children who are at risk of heart disease is not just a body fat because of obesity but also a thin-bodied. Although not overweight, children who daily work just to watch TV and rarely physical activity can be heart disease since the age of 9 years.
 
The risk of children affected by heart disease is due to lack of physical activity in children. Consequently the maximum oxygen consumption by the body are not met. Subsequent effect if a little oxygen consumption can affect various organ functions. Children who are diligent physical activity on average consume oxygen as much as 41.7 mL / min / kg body weight. While children rarely move only able to consume 35.7 41.7 mL / min / kg body weight. These differences affect the overall function of organs including the heart rhythm.
 
Recent research was conducted in Skane University Hospital, Sweden. The study, led by Dr. Tina Tahna and published in the journal Acta Paediatrica enrolled 123 boys and 100 groups possess child aged between 9 and 10 years. In addition to measured body mass index, children's physical activity is also observed by installing a variety of equipment including Electronic Cardiograph (ECG) to record heart rhythms. The study also revealed that the addition of activity for 20 minutes every day has given a significant influence in reduces the risk of heart disease. But most health experts recommend, the kids have to perform physical activity at least 60 minutes a day.
